Ingredients:
- 1 packet of dry fried tofu
- 4-5 roma tomatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- Optional – diced green onion
Instructions:
- On med-high heat, cook the tomatoes and seasoning until it begins to reduce.
- Add the dry fried tofu, reduce the heat to low and cover. Add a bit of water if needed to keep it from burning.
- Serve with rice
